Davenport Eight

I have one of those milestone birthdays coming up so I always thought it would be cool to get a birth year bike. I was telling Dave about that when there in front of me was a 1959 Panhead for sale. This thing followed me the whole time in Davenport. Scariest moment being when I returned to my tent the first night we camped and the damn thing was parked in front of my tent! It woke me up in the morning and continued to follow me throughout the swap. It was tempting, but I'm far too practical (dammit!). The years not over yet! Mid life crisis here I come!

It wasn't my birthday year but I sort of bought myself a 65 pan for my 50th. I figured you only go around once and a H-D freak should own one at sometime in one's life.
